2022-23 MOPS Theme
This year is for the ones who are ready to come alive again. So many of us feel a little numb. We’ve each lost something or felt disappointed over the past few years and now we are needing a new way to move forward. We need a fresh start.
Having a genuine, supportive, honest group of female friends in your circle is one of the biggest life upgrades. Friends to put down as your kids’ emergency contact at school. People who help themselves to whatever is in your pantry without asking. Someone who has witnessed your most embarrassing moment and who would never serve your kid peas because she knows it makes him gag. If you desperately want this kind of friendship but it feels hard to come by, you’re not alone. What you can’t do alone, we can and will do together. Because, we go together.

Frequently Asked Questions
MOPS is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers. We also believe that incubating hearts and giving just-because-hugs can change the course of history. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry, and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped, and to find our identity by journeying alongside one another. MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers, we mean kids from birth through kindergarten. We know it’s a little confusing, so let’s just stick with “MOPS.” We are moms, and we believe that better moms make a better world.
We meet two Thursday mornings per month (September through May). A typical meeting includes a great speaker and some time to connect with the ladies in your small group. We have a variety of speakers and topics throughout the year — parenting tips to party planning, and everything in between! We also enjoy special events, service projects, and nights out
Your children will be watched over by loving and competent volunteers. Moms are encouraged to bring non-mobile, nursing infants if they are comfortable.
MOPS is a great place to connect with other moms who are in the middle of the busy season of life that comes when parenting small children. We get it. Motherhood is beautiful, messy, hard, and it’s a lot better when you have a few good mom friends to share the journey with you.
