THEME:

There is no sin that can’t be forgiven. There is no place where God’s love isn’t present. You are always within reach of the Father, of forgiveness, and of redemption. No matter what you’ve done or where you are now, you are never too far gone.

KEY SCRIPTURE

Jonah 2:10

Jonah 2:10

And the Lord spoke to the fish, and it vomited Jonah out upon the dry land.

God is never too far away to speak to you and guide you

Psalm 103:10-13

He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.

Micah 7:18-19

Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love. He will again have compassion on us; he will tread our iniquities underfoot. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.

Jonah 2:10b

…and it vomited Jonah out upon the dry land.

God has the power to use all of creation to stand against the forces that bind you

Matthew 8:26-27

And he [Jesus] said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?”

Mark 5:8-10

For he [Jesus] was saying to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!” And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “My name is Legion, for we are many.” And he begged him earnestly not to send them out of the country.

Colossians 1:16

For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.

While the future may be uncertain to you, it is always known to God
