THEME:
The Apostle John wrote that his greatest joy is to see his children walking in the truth. As Dads, we desire to share this same joy and see our children walking in the truth. Our prayer today is that God would use me to bring about my children walking in the truth. God’s word provides great wisdom for fathers to experience this joy.

Abandon the idol of self

Love like 1 Corinthians 13
1 Corinthians 13:4-8a
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
Examine my love for God
