THEME:
To be “ALL IN” means to be fully engaged in what matters most to God: loving Christ, loving his people, and loving the lost. When a church lives this way, it becomes unstoppable — a living picture of grace in a broken world. The future of Ridgewood, and the eternal destiny of countless souls, depends on our willingness to go all in for Jesus.
SCRIPTURES:
Luke 9:23-26
Romans 12:9-13
Matthew 28:18-19a
Luke 9:23-26
And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses or forfeits himself? For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.”
Devotion to Jesus is the only path to real, and everlasting life
Romans 12:9-13
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
True devotion to one another is sincere and full of good works
Devotion to our mission means reaching the lost and making disciples
Matthew 28:18–19a
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations…”
