Neil Essen

Neil has a great love for seeing people take the next step that God has for them in life. He has pastored in 3 different churches in Minnesota and Texas, with an emphasis on community life and leadership development. God has given Neil a desire to see others activated to use their gifts to reach others in their spheres of influence wherever He’s placed them.

He is married to his beautiful wife, Debra and they have 3 girls, Gracey, Haley and Maggey. He is a voracious reader, loves Green Bay football, and Duke basketball and all things hunting and fishing. He has a male dog named Bear to bring some equality to their house full of girls.
